Anoushka Vaswani

Anoushka is a Partner on Lightspeed’s growth investing team where she focuses on companies in enterprise software, infrastructure and fintech. At Lightspeed, she has been involved with the firm's investments in Vinted, Tonkean and Growth Nirvana. Prior to joining Lightspeed in 2019, she was an early-stage investor at Matrix Partners where she helped lead and support the Firm’s investments in Canva, Earnin, GOAT, Lever, PayRange and Namely. Before entering venture, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she worked on the Firm’s first study with Facebook on the launch on internet.org, and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. She is a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum and a founding member of the Cybersecurity Factory. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she worked part-time for Softbank’s Vision Fund and a BA from Columbia where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
