Courtney Dong

Courtney brings 11+ years of experience helping iconic companies manage through intense periods of transition. She brings expertise in growth technology, strategic partnerships, venture capital, strategy development and business planning. 

Courtney joined BCG from Blend, a financial technology startup powering a digital mortgage experience for lenders such as US Bank and Wells Fargo. At Blend, she led a team responsible for the firm’s Ecosystem Product Partnerships. Prior to Blend, Courtney served as Head of Platform Business Development at Zenefits, a healthcare and human resources SaaS startup that disrupted the U.S. healthcare industry. 

Courtney was a venture capitalist at eBay founder Pierre Omidyar’s investment firm, Omidyar Network, and began her career in technology investment banking at Barclays. Courtney earned her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
