Heidi Elmore

Heidi Elmore is the Head of Unified Communications for product marketing at Zoom. Her role is to help customers understand Zoom’s UC platform capabilities through narratives and storytelling. She first discovered enterprise communications technology back in 2005, and she’s traveled the industry through various capacities across pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, product, and of course, marketing. Most recently, she came from AWS, where she lead marketing efforts for several CPaaS services and, before then, at Microsoft Teams.
