Sameer Dholakia

Sameer Dholakia serves on the board of directors of PagerDuty. He was previously the CEO of SendGrid, which was acquired by Twilio, a cloud communication platform, in February 2019. Prior to SendGrid, Sameer was the Group Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Platforms group at Citrix Systems, Inc. Sameer joined Citrix in 2010 following Citrix’s acquisition of VMLogix, Inc., a provider of virtualization management software, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Sameer holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Organizational Studies from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
